No, I haven't run out of creativity. This idea actually happened by experimenting with some wrangler effects I was trying to set up. They pretty much ended like this, throwing lots of particles over the laser spot, and somehow I managed to recreate it for the medic beam, with a much more polished look. It even refracts! hint hint
For now, only the red medic beam is done. I'll have to do the Übercharge beam and then just port it to the blue team.
Oh, and by the way; I made a quick fix that allows the default blue medic beam to rotate just like the red one, might release it with this beam as well.
